How Our Pricing Works
ProEnrollment pricing is based on three variables: the number of providers being credentialed, the number of target payers, and the scope of services required. We do not charge hidden fees for document follow-up, deficiency responses, or payer communication — all active management is included.
For new practice setup engagements, pricing includes entity NPI coordination, CAQH ProView setup, and simultaneous submission to all target payers. For ongoing re-credentialing management, we offer retainer-based pricing that covers your full credentialing cycle.
